In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on xn888, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate entities and organizations may not register.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through xn888 or any associated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered or attempting to register from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended xn888 account.

xn888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your KTP, a selfie holding the KTP, or a bank statement confirming your registered bank account. Failure to provide requested documentation within five business days will result in the account being suspended pending verification.

xn888 does not guarantee access to the platform from all geographic locations. Responsibility for determining whether accessing the xn888 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction rests solely with you.

Each Player may hold only one xn888 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, bank accounts, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with all balances forfeited.

When registering an account on xn888, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, your Indonesian mobile number, your date of birth, and your preferred bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal. You are responsible for keeping all account information current. Any discrepancy between the name registered on your xn888 account and the name on a withdrawal destination bank account or e-wallet will result in the withdrawal being declined until the discrepancy is resolved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your xn888 login credentials. xn888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify xn888 support immediately at [email protected].

xn888 may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of a valid KTP and may require additional documentation at xn888's discretion. Players who do not complete KYC verification may deposit and wager but withdrawals above Rp 500.000 will be held until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on xn888 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). xn888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Indonesia:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and any applicable daily withdrawal limits are published in the xn888 Member FAQ and are subject to change. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier are subject to higher limits as communicated by their dedicated account manager.

Deposits are credited to the xn888 account wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 15 minutes of a confirmed bank transfer, contact xn888 live support with your transfer receipt and the system will investigate and apply the credit manually within one hour.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within five minutes during normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Processing time for unverified accounts may be longer pending KYC review. xn888 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, over which xn888 has no control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the xn888 member account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Any withdrawal request where the destination account name does not match the xn888 account name will be declined and returned to the member wallet.

xn888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented to the Player, including any wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all xn888 bonuses:

• A Player may only claim each welcome bonus offer once, across all accounts associated with the same identity, mobile number, bank account, device, or household IP address.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before any amount can be transferred to the withdrawable cash wallet.
• Placing a withdrawal request before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the entire bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus being forfeited.
• xn888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing bonus balances already credited to a Player's account at the time of the change will be honored under the original terms.
• Wagering on certain games — as specified in the individual promotion terms — may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 0%) toward the Wagering Requirement. Live casino games and sports mix parlay (accumulator) bets commonly contribute at a reduced rate.
• xn888 will not pay out winnings that result from what it determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be bonus abuse, exploitation of a system error, or coordinated wagering behavior designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements.

All bets placed on the xn888 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product vertical — sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other games each have dedicated rule sets accessible within the relevant section of the xn888 platform.

The following general rules apply across all xn888 betting products:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the xn888 system and a bet confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player. Bets placed during system errors or technical interruptions that prevent proper confirmation may be voided at xn888's discretion.
• xn888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing error, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's wallet.
• For sports betting markets, xn888 applies standard Asian Handicap, over/under, and outright result rules as published in the sportsbook rules section. All BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Timnas Indonesia international matches, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League matches follow FIFA-standard rule sets unless otherwise specified.
• For live casino products, the rules of the relevant studio operator (Evolution Gaming, Allbet, SA Gaming, etc.) apply and are final in the event of a dispute regarding game outcome.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each market or game are displayed at the point of placing the bet. xn888 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its discretion, particularly for accounts identified as exhibiting sharp or professional betting patterns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xn888 platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the following will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances — including both real-money and bonus balances — forfeited:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one xn888 account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated wagering, staking on opposite outcomes, or any pattern designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus terms.
• Use of bots or automated scripts: Using any software, script, or automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or perform any action that a human Player would perform manually.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or sports betting market available on xn888.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to xn888. Where a chargeback is initiated, xn888 will immediately suspend the account, recover the full disputed amount from any available balance, and pursue recovery of any shortfall through available legal channels.
• Money laundering: Using the xn888 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Providing false identity information: Submitting false, altered, or borrowed identity documents during registration or KYC verification.

All content available on the xn888 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data, and the overall platform architecture — is the property of xn888 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the xn888 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any xn888 content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any xn888 software; use any xn888 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner not expressly authorized by xn888 in writing.

Any unauthorized use of xn888 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the relevant party to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

xn888 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, and platform use. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the xn888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering an account on xn888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting xn888 support at [email protected]. Note that certain data retention obligations under applicable law or AML regulations may limit xn888's ability to delete specific records.

xn888 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between the Player's device and the xn888 platform. All stored personal and financial data is encrypted at rest. xn888 does not sell or rent Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

xn888 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xn888 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

xn888 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if xn888 has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss arising from telecommunications failures, internet connectivity interruptions, or ISP-level blocking of access to xn888.vu;
• Loss arising from any unauthorized access to a Player's account where the unauthorized access resulted from the Player's failure to secure their login credentials;
• Loss arising from events outside xn888's reasonable control, including force majeure events, regulatory interventions, or acts of third-party payment providers;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the xn888 platform.

In all circumstances, xn888's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

xn888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• At the Player's own request for responsible gaming purposes;
• Requirement to comply with a regulatory or legal obligation;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, xn888 will endeavor to complete the investigation within 14 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting xn888 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus balance subject to unmet Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered bank account within five business days, provided KYC verification has been completed.

xn888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xn888 will notify Players via a notice displayed on the xn888 platform upon login for a minimum period of seven days following the change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the effective date of any amendment.

Your continued use of the xn888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xn888 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding account closures, withheld withdrawals, voided bets, or bonus decisions — shall first be subject to xn888's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, the Player must submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, and the specific relief sought. xn888 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and issue a full response within 14 business days. If the Player is not satisfied with xn888's response, the Player may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensed gaming authority.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
